Brides by Donna Rae – Terms and Conditions
1. Appointments and Booking Fees
A $60 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee reserves your private fitting room and stylist exclusively for you. The booking fee is non-refundable, but your appointment can be rescheduled once if at least five (5) days’ notice is provided. Cancellations or changes made within five (5) days of your appointment, or non-attendance on the day, will result in forfeiture of the fee.
2. Orders and Payments
All goods remain the property of Brides by Donna Rae (BBDR) until paid for in full.
All sales are final. Goods purchased cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Samples and Accessories
Sample gowns are sold “as seen” and must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
All sample and accessory sales are final, and items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Alterations
You are welcome to arrange your own alterations with your preferred seamstress. Brides by Donna Rae does not offer in-house alterations and accepts no responsibility for any work carried out by third parties.
5. Guidance and Assistance
All advice and recommendations regarding style, size, fit, or colour are provided in good faith but without liability. Final decisions remain the customer’s responsibility.
6. Inspection and Condition of Goods
Customers must inspect and try on all items before leaving the boutique. Once goods have left the premises, Brides by Donna Rae accepts no responsibility for damage, defects, or alterations. Any wear, tear, or damage after collection is the customer’s responsibility.
7. Storage and Collection
Dresses must be collected within one (1) month of purchase. A storage fee of $25 per week will apply for any items not collected within this timeframe. After three (3) months of non-collection and no communication, the item will be deemed abandoned. Ownership will revert to Brides by Donna Rae, and all payments made will be forfeited.
